(hereinafter referred to as “the company”) held the second extraordinary shareholders meeting of 2016 on June 4, 2016 and reviewed and approved the “Shenzhen Chunwang Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. for the first time in 2016”. Proposal on Stock Issuance Plan, Proposal on Amending the <Articles of Association> and other relevant proposals, and the letter of the National Small and Medium Enterprise Share Transfer System Co., Ltd. on the registration of shares issued by Shenzhen Chunwang Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. (Share Transfer System Letter [2017] No. 1110) confirmed that the company issued 642,353 shares, of which 642,353 shares were sold under restricted conditions, and 0 shares were sold under unrestricted conditions. The newly added shares were listed on the National Small and Medium Enterprise Share Transfer System on March 14, 2017 and were publicly transferred.
The company has now completed the procedures for the registration of industrial and commercial changes and the registration of new articles of association with the Shenzhen Municipal Market Supervision Administration. After the change, the registered capital of the company increased to RMB 24,622,353.
